Interest Free Renovation Payment Plan

If your property is managed by Red Pocket Realty,
We may be able to offer you an interest free repayment option for small to medium size renovations.
(subject to scope of work)

How it works: Basically, for any small to medium renovation work to be done,
You simply pay up to 50% upfront (depending on the type of renovation)  and we start and complete the work.
We then lease
your property for you at it's current market rate at the time and we simply collect the remainder balance owing over months from your rental income.

For Example: (Based on a 2 bedroom unit)
($12,000 for Complete New kitchen)

$6,000 Upfront to start and complete work.
Rental market is approx $400 per week

Each month $1,000 is taken out from the rental income (for 6 months) to pay for the renovations and the remainder of the rental is paid to the landlord.

Example: $400 per week rent x 4 weeks = $1600, Minus $1000 for renovations, remainder $600 (minus the management fee) is paid to the Property landlord.
Rental statements is provided to the landlord showing "Repair/Maintenance Work Instalment 1 of 6

We spread it over a number of months until the renovation cost is fully paid.
(Ideal for tax deduction)
